Times of India illegally uses Ashok Chakra in it's LOGO on independence day

New Delhi, India: Times Of India, a known newspaper in India has misused the national emblem Ashoka Chakra in it's logo on 15th of August, the independence day.

Ashoka Chakra can only be used either by the government or by prior permission from the government.

Times of India misuing it can send the editor of Times of India to jail for upto 2 years.

Because the matter is related to the honor of India, any person can move court in this matter.

 

नई दिल्ली, भारत: Times of India, एक जाने माने अखबार ने अशोक चक्र का अपने logo में गैरक़ानूनी इस्तमाल किया, भारत के स्वतन्त्र दिवस पर| 

अशोक चक्र को सरकार ही इस्तमाल कर सकती है वह किसी भी logo में उसका प्रयोग वर्जित है|

इसके लिए Times of India के editor को 2 साल की सजा हो सकती है|

क्योंकी मामला भारत के सम्मान से जुडा है, इसीलिए कोई भी नागरिक इस मामले में court में जा सकता है|
